Colibri upload problems

I have a keyspan USB to serial adapator in use on a Dell laptop running Vista.

I can manage to upload the colibri using the 'Lxe' software, but I cannot get it to work through the See You connection wizard.  Despite selecting the correct com port (9) and speed, See You continues to say 'searching for device' and does not talk to the Colibri.

Any thoughts?

If it works with LXe then it will work with SeeYou. Please follow these rules precisely:
