Set DTR, Set RTS checkboxes

mCU v 2.2 has two new check boxes in the port setting: Set DTR, Set RTS

What do they control? What are the recommended settings for these checkboxes with a GPS Sleeve (EMTAC GPSJAK GPS Receiver)?

DTR = Data Terminal Ready
RTS = Request To Send  

Some GPS devices require DTR to be set in order to be able to communicate.
