VmWare has introduced Fusion version 3.0 which reportedly runs Windows software better than ever before:

Some more useful information from Peter Deane:

CodeWeavers also make Crossover for MAC OS and SeeYou is registered as 'mostly functional' on the CodeWeavers website - thought you might like to know. When I get everything working on Linux I'll post Seeyou as functional on CrossOver for Linux as well.

SeeYou reportedly also works well in VirtualBox for the Mac.
