It's worthwhile to play around with Tools > Options > 3D View settings a bit. Turn all checkmarks off, put Texture size to lowest possible value, Height exaggeration to 1.5, terrain quality to low. Then start enabling features one by one and possibly raising the Terrain quality and Texture size one by one. See how that influences your computer. You may discover the limitations of your graphics card driver.
If nothing works even in the lowest setting, then I'm afraid you will have to do the following:
Run your Windows in 256color mode. Right click Desktop select Properties item and then change Desktop color depth to 256colors. When running in 256 color mode computer doesn't use any hardware acceleration from graphic card. It will be slow, but is should work.
If this is all ok then, try to find a newer or older version of your graphic card driver. If you can't locate it or still experience the same problem then open Display Properties dialog (same as to change desktop colors) and find Settings tab and Advance button. Press it. Search for hardware acceleration slider and move it step by step toward none. Apply changes every time and try running SeeYou. One other option is to make sure you are running only one 3D window. Try making the 3D window smaller and see if that helps.
