Is the airspace data base editible by user?
The reason for my question is, that in the Munich area there are several options for glider sectors, which are activated depending on the runway direction of Munich airport.

Any hints on mistakes etc. are highly welcome

Hi Pete,

I am a bit concerned about the small eastern part of the gliding-sector ALB-NORD in Stuttgart (EDDS).

On the special gliding sector map of the DAEC (http://www.daec.de/se/downfiles/2008/NEU_stuttgart_sued.pdf)  the sector has two parts and the altitude in the eastern part is 1676m MSL (same as in sector Göppingen, airspace D) and not the same like the western part of sector ALB NORD (1372m MSL).

In seeyou-mobile this small eastern part reads only 1372m MSL like the western part and a airspace-warning is generated from this altitude.

Is this a fault in the database? I have downloaded the actual original file from the naviter website in may 2008 (not a custom one).

Greetings

Heli

The .txt file is of course editable by anybody.
The .cub file is, this is a binary file

Hi Heli,

you are right.
I will update the file in the near future.
