For Mike and other users, you can get current airspace files at www.justsoar.com.

Alas the service isn't free -- you'll need to pay $20 annually -- but that's only because the FAA data requires a subscription to get the data. This is explained fully at the web site.

The new Phoenix Class B is of course fully described in the current data, and it does look quite a bit different than before!
