Task notes not unique for task

A bug and a feature request
(I run v3.95 but son't know if this applies to older versions, too)

It seems that task notes are shared between all tasks on your desktop. While this might seem like a good idea at first, it also leads to that newly created tasks will inherit the task notes that we written down earlier.

I just ran into this at a competition where we use task notes to inform about air space etc. I got the tasks as a cup file and opened them in SeeYou on my PC. Seeing that there were task notes, I assumed these were the ones written down today and printed out the task sheet. Later we discovered that
a) exporting tasks as cup-files will not export any task notes
b) there is only one set of task notes that is applied to all tasks on your computer

In my case, old tasks from a competition one month ago where left on my computer - together with the old task notes. What I printed out then was the new tasks with the old notes.

Feature requests:
1) Each task can have its own individual task notes (if you want to have the same you can use the Windows clipboard)
2) Modify cup-files so that they also contain task notes when exporting tasks
