is it possible to get the pin definition of included the Serial communication cable?

Sure:
Pinout for standard Oudie serial cable:

2 = Receive data to Oudie = Rx
3 = Transmit data from Oudie = Tx
5 = Ground

RS 232 does not provide 12V unfortunately. This is one of the reasons why we have changed the cabling recently. Now we provide serial cables with RJ45 connector and standard IGC pinout.
